Description

Detailed design studies were carried out for drainage and water supply systems, strong and weak current electrical installations, fire protection systems and HVAC installations.

Deliverables included layout drawings, vertical distribution drawings and detailed construction drawings to support on-site implementation.

In addition, selection and specification of key electromechanical equipment were performed, including HVAC units, electrical equipment, pumps and wastewater lifting systems.

Special emphasis was placed on preserving the architectural aesthetics of the guesthouse while optimizing energy performance and operational efficiency.


Executive Summary
The project concerned the full reconstruction of a hospitality building and its surrounding area in Agios Lazaros, Mykonos. Our scope included the preparation of detailed MEP design studies for the complete renovation of the guesthouse facilities.
