Description

A complete final study was carried out for the replacement of the HVAC system with an Air-cooled Air to Water Heat Pump 230KW, ensuring compatibility with the architectural and preservation requirements of the listed building.

Deliverables included layout drawings and vertical distribution diagrams of the new system, as well as calculation reports, technical descriptions and technical specifications.

Comprehensive tender documentation was also prepared for the electromechanical installations, including detailed bill of quantities, total budget estimation, price analysis and tender pricing documents.

The project concerned the maintenance, repair and restoration of the historic building housing the Folk & Ethnological Museum of Macedonia – Thrace (former Giaco Modiano residence). Our scope included the final design for the replacement of the building’s cooling and heating system.
