Final MEP design studies with application-level detailing were prepared for the issuance of the required permits and the execution of the refurbishment project.
The scope included HVAC system design, electrical installations (power and weak current systems), fire protection design, water supply and drainage networks.
Particular emphasis was placed on functional space reorganization, compliance with current building regulations and the improvement of the building’s overall energy performance through façade upgrading measures.
